Accounting Software Support Consultant for a well established Software House
Location: Auckland City, New Zealand
Position: Full-time Permanent
This is an entry-level opportunity for a highly motivated person to join a busy and well established Automotive Accounting Software House based in modern offices in Auckland. You will be working with a friendly team of Senior Software Consultants and Programmers.
Initially you will be assisting with telephone and email support for our clients customers based in Australia and New Zealand, plus software testing, setup and data input. Accuracy with figures is a must, as well as super customer service skills. Ideally you will have some hands on Accounting -MS Office experience with an IT bias- or a tertiary qualification, although consideration will also be given to persons who have Automotive Industry experience. Full training will be given for this position. Each month or so you will team with a different one of the Senior Consultants and you will be involved in a different part of the system, how to support, train, test, spec enhancements and issue fixes, and perform data updates, etc. There is room and opportunities to grow within your role and advance within the Company.
Hours of work will initially be 9am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday, however this will change to 11am - 7.30pm after the first month. If you have an accounting background with and IT bias, are seeking a new challenge and would like to move into the ever changing IT arena
