The Role \134par
The 4th Level Support Engineer position is responsible for the the Analysis and successful resolution of \134par
support issues and problems that the preceding levels have been unable to resolve. The Tier 4 position is also \134par
responsible for acting as the principal gatekeeper between Support and Development \134endash reviewing, prioritizing \134par
and approving any bug / hot fix requests.\134par
You will have\134par
Support of Cisco Call Manager and Cisco PBX systems - Preferred\134par
5 years+ experience in either a service desk or call centre environment\134par
5 years\134rquote experience with CTI voice recording solutions\134par
Advanced Windows Operating Systems; client and server (2003, 2008 R2)\134par
Strong TCP/IP Networking understanding\134par
Intermediate to Advanced SQL Server deployment, implementation and troubleshooting\134par
Previous Customer Service role \134par
Use of voice and email communication media\134par
Computer telephony software use, may include IP telephony\134par
? MS-Exchange 2007, 2010 , Active Directory\134par
? PC / PBX Hardware installation, including internal hardware peripherals i.e. Fax cards\134par
? Application deployment understanding\134par
