Support Engineer :Tier 1
Our client is a leader in developing communications solutions that deliver Multimedia Contact Centre, Business Process Automation and Unified Communications functionality. Independent Software Vendor (ISV) on Microsoft Lync, a Cisco Premier Partner, a registered member of the Avaya DevConnect program and has partnered with NEC for 17 years. The company employs more than 200 people and has offices in North America, Northern Europe and Asia Pacific and belongs to the Enghouse Interactive family of Interaction Management solutions. The Role The Support Engineer is responsible for the delivery of high quality technical solutions in all aspects To be achieved through the timely delivery of systems implementation projects, maintenance of systems and customer move-add-change requests, the resolution of faults and, when applicable, the facilitation of both pre and post service implementation training to system administrators or end users. Requirements: Previous IT technical experience Simple diagnosis and repair of hardware and/or software faults. Strong customer relations skills. Knowledge of the operation and maintenance of desktop equipment supplemented by appropriate technical qualification. Microsoft Lync or PBX experience is desirable e.g. NEC, Avaya or Cisco Call Manager
