Support Engineer - Tier 3 Auckland Our client is a leader in developing communications solutions that deliver Multimedia Contact Centre, Business Process Automation and Unified Communications functionality. They have offices based in North America, Northern Europe and Asia Pacific Role : The 3rd Level Support Engineer position is responsible for the delivery of high quality technical solutions in all aspects of product suite…. To be achieved through the timely delivery of upgrade projects, maintenance of systems and customer various requests, the resolution of faults and, when applicable, the facilitation of both pre and post service implementation training to system administrators or end users. The 3rd Level Support Engineer will also be responsible for handling call overflow from Level 2 support. The Customer Support Team includes 1st, 2nd and 3rd Level Support Specialists, who manage client service calls from logging through to resolution, system design, integration and installation. Requirememts: Recognised IT industry qualification such as, MCSE, MCP, CCNA, A+ At least 5 years High Tech Industry experience along with a strong customer service focus PC Hardware installation, including internal hardware peripherals LAN/WAN configurations, including understanding of TCP/IP Competence in PC Desktop use and set up Competence in MS-Office product suite use And most of all ….superb communication skills both written and oral.
