Exciting career opportunity New position reporting to COO Auckland based
This is a senior leadership position with responsibility for 180 staff nationally. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a positive demeanour and motivated to deliver operational excellence.
To be considered for this role, we will be looking for the following skills and experience:
Successful track record and experience in managing large dispersed operations and ensuring delivery of relevant services into clients.
Experience with service development and deployment of new offerings. Extensive P/L experience combined with outstanding business acumen. People management and leadership experience with proven ability to coach, motivate Proven ability to build professional relationships internally in a matrixed reporting context. Ability to understand complex business environment to identify opportunities, action orientated with ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast moving environment.
