Project Coordinator

Our client one of New Zealand’s largest software exporters are seeking to appoint a Project Co-ordinator.
This is a newly created role in the Professional Services team This role will provide assistance and support to Project Managers and Professional Services Manager. You’ll coordinate profit and loss reports, procurement activities and assist in developing and maintaining project schedules. Other aspects of this position involve maintenance of issues, risk and change request registers, minute taking for meetings and being a head of the ball.
What you need: An in-depth knowledge of project planning and the underlying concepts At least 3 years experience of project co-ordination or administration Strong interpsersonal - written and verbal communication skills Good numerical competency Analytical and problem solving abilities Flexibility with a ‘can do’ attitude Ability to plan and accomplish goals and to manage time effectively Ideally 3+ years experience working within the Health sector
