Administration TEAM LEADER- Eye Clinic
Do you have personality plus and a flair to enthuse and lead a developing centre into the future.? This role will include front line secretarial duties, IT administration and reporting, marketing and everyday management of clients for a North Shore Clinic, along with cover at other locations, so own transport is required. Preference will be given to those with experience in specialist medical software, however, all applicants with excellent written and spoken English will be considered.
To be part of a frontline team delivering optimum standards of customer service and care to patients undergoing ophthalmic consultation or surgery and to referrers, while reflecting the philosophy of the clinic.
Key Tasks:
Manage North Shore Centre to the instruction of the Business Manager at Remuera. Reporting, documentation, statistics, and financial input. Marketing and promotion as directed through our marketing team. Secretarial duties included : Meet and greet Clients and Visitors to Eye Institute Incoming and outgoing telephone enquiries and follow through Appointment management Data Entry patient information Patient file management Patient accounting Recall management Prescription and or medical requests Referral management Medical typing and correspondence Pathology correspondence and filing Liaise with and arrange bookings with anaesthetists and technicians Liaise with external funders and claimants Ensure other locations are adequately covered for leave Ordering, maintaining stock levels and printing requirements
