This position offers an opportunity to develop IT support skills, interact with a diverse customer base while working in a friendly environment.
Our client is a leading provider of specialist automotive software and services to the New Zealand Motor Industry. Based in Auckland they have a dedicated and friendly team focussed on providing exceptional customer service and support to their expanding client base.
Key tasks include; inbound support calls, product testing, internal and external training, implementation of software updates, hardware and operating system support.
The successful applicant will report to the Helpdesk Team Leader and should be able to demonstrate excellent customer communication skills, an understanding of operating systems (Unix, Windows 9xx), have a pleasant phone manner and good command of the English language.
This position is ideally suited to a person with knowledge of the Motor Industry who is looking to expand their career into the ever challenging and changing IT support arena. |
