This growing engineering team needs a Helpdesk Support person to do the following;
Answer inbound support calls, where necessary log tasks into our helpdesk system Solve simple IT problems for clients over the phone Escalate issues when and as necessary
The ideal candidate will have the following;
· Fantastic written and verbal communication skills · You will have a degree or some formal qualification · A passion for Information Technology · A proven history of problem solving.
