Chief Financial Officer

A privately owned Auckland based company with over 28 years in business is looking to appoint a Chief Financial
Officer to continue its growth in New Zealand and Asia Pacific. This position will report to the Group CEO.

Managing the finances of this high turnover business, and providing the infrastructure for its divisions to prosper, this position offers the opportunity to both manage something with maturity and also develop new strategies and products for growth.

The successful applicant must be both practical and future focussed, with a vision of where the backbone of the company can develop. They should have a combination of:
Proven staff management skills that bring out the best in people
Operational excellence and a willingness to be involved
Able to take a wider view in developing a long term strategy
Strong fiscal and governance experience
A successful track record in a transactional environment
