We are seeking a Qualified Automotive Technicain or a Service Desk person who is seeking to take their career path one step further.
You will be required to provide a high level of customer service to all customers and merchants Assist the Manager with providing operational and strategic management of allocated accounts. Develop working relationships with key contacts Provide an efficient service that meets customer requirements and exceeds their expectations.
Specific Requirements:
Qualified Automotive Technician - at least five years experience Customer focused, ability to provide high quality service to customers Team player, willing to share information and work as part of a close knit team. Able to take ownership and be proactive Excellent communications skills both written and verbal Good Computer Literacy Excellent customer/client relationship skills
