Auckland, North shoreclient is seeking to appoint a support analyst who hasfollowing attributes required to be successful in the role:Excellent telephone manner (polite, resilient, directive and supportive)customer service ethic - understand customer service and needsorientated - drive and strive to deliver for the customer and be a team player- outgoing and engaging personal style.information technology qualifications are desirable although not essential.This role will function as a member of the first line support team, and may suit candidates with practice management experience. The right candidate will blend their existing knowledge with the knowledge of fellow team members to deliver excellent customer service.It is expected the combination of knowledge and resources, will deliver excellent service outcomes for the clients existing customer base.
