Desktop Support Specialist Location:Southern Spain, Malaga Description We are currently looking for a Desktop Support Specialist to join our growing Network Systems team at our Malaga Office. We need someone who has exceptional troubleshooting and customer service skills and is experienced at providing MS Windows 2003/XP support. The successful candidate will be part of a 24/7 mission-critical operation and will be required to work some weekend and evening shifts. What You'll Be Doing Provide desktop troubleshooting and support Provide timely and consistent support, acknowledging and recording all incidents and requests Monitor and escalate requests as required Handle network and desktop setup for new employees/office moves Create documentation for users, new releases and issue logsAdditional projects as required The Ideal Candidate 1 - 2 years of experience in a desktop support role Related education/certification Working knowledge of: MS Windows 2003/XP TCP/IP and associated services (e.g., DNS, DHCP PC hardware/software Active Directory Exchange Server 2000/2003 Mac Entourage Mac Mail Exceptional troubleshooting skills Ability to work well under pressure A strong sense of responsibility and initiative and an ability to complete tasks accurately Strong interpersonal skills Ability to work in a team environment and independently Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work evening and weekend shifts Some physical lifting required Main Skills: Previous Experience... |
