As a Java Developer on our small, but mission critical and growing team, your role will be crucial in designing and programming complex enterprise web applications critical to our core business. Are you an experienced, passionate and energetic developer?

What You'll Be Doing…
Gathering requirements with end users and other internal stakeholders
Designing, developing and testing existing/new features
Involved in each stage of the development life cycle
Working hard and having fun with team leads and other fellow Java guru's developing the coolest, most complex, scalable back-office solutions

The Ideal Candidate…
2-5 years of superior server-side Java/J2EE programming experience
Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field
Superior knowledge of Object Oriented Programming
Significant experience developing in a UNIX/Linux environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Solid organization and time management skills
Awesome analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to work in an ultra-fast paced environment
Great team player attributes
Creative, hardworking and driven to develop and design

The following would be considered assets:
web development applications using HTML, JSP, Servlets, EJB
Database programming experience (i.e. DB2)
JBoss experience
Design Pattern knowledge
SOAP/WSDL or other web services
Maven
Spring, MVC, Struts or other web app framework knowledge
