Our client needs to appoint further client-focussed, efficient and self-motivated team-players to join their support department. You will provide a key role in answering help desk queries from clients, and once your knowledge is developed you will have the opportunity to provide training to medical staff as new clients and existing clients, either on site or at the head office in Auckland. ·We are inviting applications from people who have the following skills, experience and personal attributes ·A high level of computer software literacy is essential and having some technical knowledge is advantageous ·An understanding of healthcare systems is preferable and experience of working in a medical environment is advantageous but not essential ·A positive attitude and friendly customer services manner ·Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written English ·An outgoing personality, ability to build rapport quickly and work as part of a team ·Ability to work under pressure ·Must hold a valid full NZ drivers licence
