Description | Support Consultant - Mount Wellington
Support Consultant required for a prestigious organsiation based in Mount Wellington. The successful applicant will provide customer support to channel partners globally.
For this position it is important that you have at least 2 years experience with an understanding of business processes including familiarity with financial accounting or ERP systems.
Must haves:
Experience and Qualifications
At least two years in a Technical customer service and support role
Direct experience of one or more of the following:
·Software testing
·Documentation writing
·Training preparation and presentation
·Degree or diploma in Computer Science or related field
Technical Skills and knowledge
Knowledge of Database Design, SQL and Stored procedures
Technical familiarity with set-up and support of NT and Unix systems
Networking, TCP/IP
Some HTML, Java script, general Web skills, fast troubleshooting skills
Good oral and written communications skill
