In this role you are required to manage a fast paced and responsive help desk operation of up to 10 support consultants. Accordingly you must be able to show relevant experience in a technical or application help desk role preferably with some supervisory involvement.
You will have the necessary communications, management and leadership qualities, excellent written and oral English, and the skills to set and measure performance and extract statistics from the in house CRM database.
Our client is seeking ISO certification for it's operations and consequently requires a high level of documentation skills and a strong focus on customer service and quality
