We are looking for a world-class customer focussed professional to support our internal and external clients.
You will serve as a primary contact for clients who experience service interruptions or seek technical advice on our products.
Primarily we require second and third level technical support to logically analyse and resolve problems.
To be considered for this position you must be able to demonstrate the following skills:
Strong client focus and genuine desire to assist
Work in a problem solving environment
Ability to deliver quality solutions to clients to provide excellent support services
Ability to learn new skills quickly and be adaptable to new technologies
Willing to do after hours on call support
Knowledge of HTML, internet protocols, LINUX/UNIX, networking, Windows (all versions), SQL, HL7 and JDBC
