Our client is a leading provider of specialist automotive
software and services to the New Zealand Motor and related Industries.
based in Auckland, they have a dedicated and friendly team, focussed
on providing exceptional customer service and support to an expanding
client base.
Key tasks include; inbound support calls, product testing, internal and
external training, implementation of software updates, hardware and
operating system support.
The successful applicant will report to the Helpdesk Team Leader and should
be able to demonstrate excellent customer communication skills, an
understanding of operating systems, have a pleasant
phone manner and good command of the English language.
This position is ideally suited to a person with knowledge of the Motor or related
Industries who are looking to expand their career into the ever challenging
and changing IT support arena.
