Description
Reporting to the Business Solutions Manager, the Pre-Sales Support Engineer is responsible for providing technical Pre-Sales Support to both the Sales team and clients and contributing to the successful selling and installation of technology solutions. It also ensures ongoing client satisfaction in the Post-Sales phase. The successful applicant will be knowledgable in Windows, Pocket PC and DOS O/S operation and wireless LAN setup. Previous experience in C or C# software development and managing projects is also required for this role.
