It is extremely important that you have a sense of humour and able to work autonomously within a social but professional team environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with superb communication skills, highly organised, and good Microsoft office skills. An excellent remuneration package including parking is available.The successful candidate will work closely with management and perform general secretarial and reception duties, including company mailing, banking, photocopying, and answering telephones.

be an outgoing, friendly, sociable person able to communicate and work with a wide variety of customers and staff
have a good telephone manner, including the ability to field calls from overseas clients
have excellent keyboard skills
have good written and verbal communication skills
be highly familiar with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook)
have efficient and effective administrative skills
