Description
Due to growth in our clients Australasian region, they are seeking a Project Administrator for their Auckland office, located in Mt Eden. The successful candidate will work with the Professional Services team and Sales Staff, and will be required to undertake a wide range of tasks. You will need to be flexible, able to multi-task and maintain your sense of humour under pressure in this highly energised environment. While prior experience, as a project administrator would be advantageous, our client believes that getting the right personal qualities is as essential. This will be a varied role and duties will include: ·Assisting Project Managers to prepare project reports, track project milestones & prepare invoices ·Assisting in the preparation of proposals and client deliverables ·Extraction and analysis of project related data from our web based timesheet system ·Booking travel, meetings and appointments, and reconciling travel & expense claims Personal qualities & skills ·Excellent written and verbal communication skills ·Flexible with a "can-do" attitude ·Good Microsoft Office skills and a knowledge of Microsoft Project a bonus ·Good numerical analysis skills using MS Excel To register your interest please contact Jan Hogg (09) 630 8811 Mobile 025 868 248 email jan@ritefit.co.nz www.ritefit.co.nz
