Description | Our client is rapidly shaping itself as a major global player in an expanding, exciting market in challenging and diverse IT environments, with most of their clients operating multiple vendor systems, repositories, databases and applications.
They are seeking an experienced Project Manager who is exceptionally adaptable and multi-skilled. To be considered for this role you must have demonstrated the ability to:
·Negotiate project objectives, time lines, deadlines and resource plans with development staff.
·Negotiate resource requirements for projects in conjunction with other management.
·Manage the performance of projects to meet time deadlines, budget targets and quality standards.
·Oversee the performance of several projects at multiple client sites.
·Manage client relationships and resolve any issues that arise from projects under his/her management.
·Provide input to the company planning process to establish business and strategic plans.
·Develop new business opportunities
·Review project staff performance at scheduled times and on the completion of projects.
Required Personal Abilities are:
·Be proactive in maintaining personal knowledge of leading edge technology, development and commercial skills.
·Be proactive in providing input to the ongoing improvement of the organisation internal processes.
·A relevant tertiary or PMI qualification will be advantageous.
·The successful candidate will be required to travel.
