Description | Helpdesk Software Support Consusltant To support the SAM/Midas software in a team of six. reports to Team Leader.Need to have experience within the Automotive or related industries. Ideal person would have worked in a dealership where the SAM/Midas software is used. Mechanical knowledge and background are essential with a good understanding of operating systems (Unix, Windows 9xx)
Key tasks include inbound support calls,product testing, internal and external training, Implementation of software updates, hardware and operating system support. Must beable to demonstrate excellent communcatioh skills.
