Our client is a well-respected company who specialize in the construction of large concrete floor slabs. Due to growth within the construction industry they are offering a wonderful opportunity to appoint to their team, a talented Contracts Manager.
Your role will be interesting and varied but the two main functions of this position are to co-ordinate our existing contracts and secondly a sales role to expand our positioning in this and other target markets. Therefore you will be responsible for: Running contracts and scheduling jobs, Progress claims, Purchasing and monitoring of materials, Health and Safety, Reviewing quotes, Cost analysis, Liaison with existing clients, Finding new clients, Expanding our market.
This role requires a high level or accuracy and skill so you preferably will be tertiary qualified, come from a construction background or have project management skills. You must be comfortable on a computer with word and excel.
