Description
The successful candidate will define, document and test new and enhanced processes and system solutions. The role will also be responsible for ensuring that the resulting development of business solutions (including system design, development, process documentation and user training) meets the defined business requirements, by working in partnership with IT developers and key business clients. To be considered for this position you must have demonstrated the ability to: Facilitate the definition of new and enhanced processes, including mapping and documenting the defined and agreed business processes Reviewing proposed process and application designs to ensure compliance to requirements Planning and co-ordinating user acceptance testing. Understand the software development process and interact with software development teams Effectively communicate verbal and written information to internal customers (sales and marketing) and external customers (clients and prospects) Demonstrate personal drive to increase knowledge and skills Display initiative and independence within a team environment Required competencies: Relevant tertiary qualifications Previous experience in Health ITor EAI software industry is an advantage
