Description | Service Desk Analyst - 2nd Level
Our client who has its head office established on the North Shore, have a requirement for a Senior 2nd Level Analyst to join our 24/7 'Best of Breed' service desk largely responsible for the following:
·Network administration
·Exchange administration
·Citrix administration
·Supporting the 1st line in problem diagnosis and resolution.
·Logging, updating and tracking incidents on a Lotus Notes based call management system.
·Use standard operating facilities, diagnostic tools, technical manuals, and system documentation to identify, diagnose and solve problems as directed.
·Co-ordination and participation in upcoming projects.
The successful candidate will be MCSE, MCSA, and CCA or higher certified and will ideally have approximately 2 years experience working in a service desk environment supporting Microsoft and bespoke applications with a strong focus on Citrix. Server build experience is preferred as is any Unix awareness. We are looking for a team player with outstanding communication skills, open to task diversity who is keen to undertake a challenging role, and provide our team with a strong technical awareness and experience.
This role is a full-=time permanent position with normal business hours.
