Description | Full-time for a period of 8 months, covering parental leave
Do you thrive in an environment that delivers high quality, challenging work opportunities? Our client is a leading energy company, and is looking for a talented individual to work closely with members of the HR team and get involved in a wide range of departmental activities including:
Recruitment and Selection: screening candidates, scheduling and co-ordinating interviews and reference checking.
Providing recruitment administration support: position description writing and drafting employment agreements.
Requirements: Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, excellent administration, time management and planning skills.
Attributes: Flexibility and approachability, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with managers and staff, enthusiastic, willingness to roll up your sleeves and contribute to the efficient functioning of the Human resources team.
