Our client, a leading provider of enterprise application integration technology for the health sector, requires a degree qualified and experienced individual to manage the delivery of products and services to their customers by supporting and co-coordinating with the sales, helpdesk and technology teams within their industry. Key accountabilities include: Product information & education, product collateral and product development. Improvement of the product and service offering by adding new features which are of value to the customer or improve support delivery, track and manage software enhancements and bug fixes across the company teams. Product delivery: Internal process and documentation support the fault free delivery of services to the customer, track the performance and problems experienced by the Help Desk and Operations team. Required competencies and skills:Good listening and comprehension skills, good oral and written communication, presentation skills, ability to present complex issues in a simplified manner, ability to communicate with technical and non technical audiences, documentation layout and design, technology savvy, ability to understand how complex application work from a business prospective, ability to understand how new technologies can be used to develop services customers want to pay for. The successful candidate will also be able to work with people across multiple disciplines, ability to build and retain personal relationships, have sound commercials knowledge of business practice and legal obligation, as well as an understanding of the profitability and economics of the products managed.
