Our client is a leading provider of specialist software and services to New Zealand and Australia Automotive Industries. The company Head Office is based in Auckland and they have a dedicated team focussed on providing exceptional software customer support to an expanding client base. Key tasks include:
Day to day Software Support, internal and external,
Implementation of software updates
Onsite Installations
The successful applicant will report to the Team Leader and should
be able to demonstrate excellent customer focus,
knowledge or experience with software used in the Automotive or related Industries ,
have a pleasant phone manner and good command of the English language.
This position is ideally suited to a person with an understanding of software used in the Automotive Industry and are looking to make a career change into the ever changing and challenging IT Software Support arena.
