Description

Sales and Admnistration Assistant
Part-time 30 hours per week
Primary Objectives: To provide administration support to the Sales team.
To carry out general office administration and PA duties

Primary Responsibilities:
Office Administration
"Meet and greet clients and visitors
"Arrange meetings, book and prepare meeting rooms and provide/arrange catering
" Assist with special event planning when required
"Answer the telephone for both the main line and Sales queue
"General office duties including photocopying, faxing, mailing, filing and ordering of catering, and stationary as required
"Organise couriers and chase up deliveries
"Conduct staff inductions and exit interviews.
"Monitor actual leave taken against leave booked in ipayroll.
"Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office
"Assist with the Monthly Customer Statement runs
"Book travel and accommodation when necessary
"Other duties as required.

Sales Administration
"Assist in the preparation of Sales Proposals, Presentations and documentation
"Ensure all reseller and customer information is up to date in SalesForce and SMX3
"Ensure trials are regularly monitored and followed up with sales team\resellers and support\provisioning teams
"Answer general sales queries by fax/email/phone and logging these into SalesForce
"Assign new leads to sales team members within SalesForce
"Attendance at weekly sales meetings and taking of minutes of meeting
"Assist in the preparation and maintenance of customer contracts and assign these within SalesForce to existing customers
"Assist with preparation of sales reports as needed
"Other duties as required.

Essential Knowledge & Skills
"Good all round reading, writing and arithmetic skills
"Knowledge of Microsoft Office
"Experience in a busy office environment
"Polite and friendly phone manner and knowledge of telephone protocol
"Good time management and organisational skills
"Eye for detail

Preferred Knowledge & Skills
"Exposure to CRM systems
"Ability to touch type
"Basic knowledge of HR function
"Basic accounts knowledge
"Project administration experience
