Service Performance Manager Auckland

We have a great opportunity for a seasoned ICT service professional. The role is to manage the customer delivery experience, to be the point of contact for escalations, ensure SLA compliance and identify customer delivery improvement initiatives.

Your experience has come from being immersed in a managed services environment at varying levels but most recently being the lead for all service and process improvement against an SLA.

You will define and manage appropriate client relationships, ensure all functional and client facing documentation is fit for purpose and take ownership for all root cause analysis of reactive tickets.

You will be passionate about delivering quality service that enhances the client's operational capability.
