Project Manager - Contract- Permanent
An experienced Senior Project Manager to deliver complex ICT projects is required.
The primary focus will be to lead, manage and coordinate various resources to successfully deliver projects within our large customer base.
The successful applicant will have:
Evidence of end-to-end project delivery i.e. from sales engagement to transition and handover to business as usual
Strong and demonstrable stakeholder management expertise
Significant organisational change management experience
Over 7 years experience working as a Senior Project Manager
Confidence to engage with staff and project resources at all levels including the ability to influence at Executive and Board level
Strong relationship management skills
Preference will be given to
Strong project management skills
Experience in working with Senior Leadership stakeholders
Excellent presentation skills and documentation skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Process mapping expertise
You will be required to:
Develop, lead, and execute project and quality plans
Develop, lead, and execute a communications strategy and plan
Transition projects successfully to support services
Coach and lead teams from multi-disciplinary areas, vendors and businesses
Develop and ensure that change management methods are applied and enhanced through the assigned project(s)
Own training and education of the business in the project outcomes
Take ownership and accountability for the development of the implementation plan and delivery of the project into the businesses
Identify project stakeholders and manage their expectation of, and involvement in the project lifecycle.
Applicants must have relevant industry qualifications and at least 10years experinece in IT Infrastructure.
