This is a busy and varied role working in a Professional Services team. This position requires that the candidate play an ongoing role throughout the project lifecycle.

Within this team you will be responsible for managing medium-large projects, preparing project costs, and liaising with the client, account manager and development team during planning, implementation and QA stages.

Experience-Qualifications
2 - 5+ years experience managing web development projects
Customer service / Account Management experience
Web development, software background preferred
Experience with Quality Assurance and testing of projects

Skills Required
High attention to detail and strong planning skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong computer skills and in-depth knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
Strong at multitasking - The ability to work on multiple projects at a time
Team player with positive attitude to work and a can do attitude
Client advocate, go the extra mile
Professional presentation appropriate to audience
Proactive and self-driven
Assertive while still being supportive
