Audio Visual Business Development Manager - Auckland

A New Zealand owned company, the leading integrator of AV, Voice, IT and Print technologies with more than 30 years in the industry and a nation-wide service network is seeking AV Sales-focused staff to join their rapidly growing AV business. We are currently recruiting for our clients in Auckland, Hamilton, Wellington and Christchurch.
You will be required to engage and consult with business owners and technology managers to design their AV requirements.

You will have a knowledge and enthusiasm for audio visual technology. A knowledge of AV control systems, video conferencing or digital signage is desirable, but full training and mentoring will be provided.

To be successful in this role you will need to possess a drive for success and a competitive nature that refuses to settle for second, as well as a fundamental ability to communicate with business owners and staff at all levels. You should be successful in your previous employment roles and willing to rise to the top in this role through hard work and intelligent sales activity and ability.

Demonstrating working methodologies that are thorough and process-driven is important.
On target earnings will be substantially higher for well-qualified candidates. Future earnings are uncapped and are dependent on activity levels and the success factors identified above.
