This is a leading publicly listed ICT company with operations in both New Zealand and Australia.

This general management role will provide leadership for a business unit supplying
telecommunication services to the New Zealand business market. You will lead a
diverse team of people with various department heads reporting and working closely with the Executive team, external suppliers, internal stakeholders and end customers to ensure they provide the best solutions.
To succeed in this role, you will have proven experience at senior management level
with a strong track record of driving a business unit forward to achieve business goals, ideally in the IT or telecommunications industry. You will be a strategic thinker with effective business planning and budgeting skills. A natural leader of staff, you will have experience in managing HR issues including remuneration setting, performance management, recruitment and organizational development.
Background will include a proven track record in business development and
winning new business,
Proven negotiation skills.
Must be energetic, intuitive and passionate about making a difference
