Required Experience and Skills:
Proven track record of ASP, C#, .Net and SQL server development
3+ years commercial .Net experience
Team-oriented personality
A personal commitment to quality

Desirable Experience:
Good understanding of SDLC
RUP or any other agile methodology
API's
LDAP
SOAP
Security
Multi-threaded programming
Web services
