Flash Developer
Location Southern Spain, Malaga
Description
We are looking for Flash Developers to help build a world-class interactive gaming platform. We need people with a proven track record of serious application development, sharp interaction design skills, a passion for object-oriented design and lean development processes, and who refactor with an aggressive machete of code-fu.

As a Flash Developer, you'll be responsible for working with our team to bring our online gaming platform to the next level. We need ease of use and massive capacity with 24-hour reliability. You'll need to thrive in a dynamic, high-pressure environment while developing new functionality and refactoring what's already there, and working with a team of developers on a mix of technologies to ensure scalability and reliable uptime.

What You'll Be Doing
Work closely with Business Managers, User Experience Engineers and the Technical Lead to design application solutions
Work with Server and Client Development teams to build interoperative products that scale with our clients' growth
Write great documentation and provide ample "testability"
Communicate constantly, usefully, and precisely

The Ideal Candidate…
At least 3-4 years' experience developing interactive client-side applications
Experience with Flash / ActionScript / Flex
Great communication skills
A passion for organized, high-speed development
Demonstrated knowledge of version control tools (e.g. CVS, SVN)
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work both collaboratively and with limited supervision
