HR Recruitment Consultant
Location: Southern Spain, Malaga
Description
Working with various client groups, the ideal person will be a seasoned IT Recruiter who is personable, fun and possesses a passion for recruiting the best and the brightest from around the world. This person will also maintain superior relations with candidates, hiring managers, and the community and will play a critical role within the company.

What You'll Be Doing:
Source, screen applicants, coordinate and conduct interviews, advise on selection and offers, extend and negotiate offers, and perform all administrative components involved in the hiring process
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with hiring managers
Create and foster relationships with leaders, vendors, educational institutions, professional organizations, community organizations, and other team members to create a partnership that yields success, predictable results, and credibility
Negotiate agreements with external agencies
Provide candidates with detailed information on the company, our business strategy, and job descriptions
Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, and other recruitment activities
Stay informed of creative trends and innovative recruiting techniques to keep us competitive
Develop and conduct training and information sessions (e.g., interview training, referral bonus program, etc.)
Work with departments to create and maintain formal job descriptions (for current employees and for recruitment purposes)
Assist with HR projects when required
Employ the best practices in recruiting to source the top talent in the industry and help keep our staff the smartest and coolest people around
Assist in verbal and written translation between English / Spanish.

The Ideal Candidate:
3 to 5 years of experience in full life-cycle recruitment in a fast-paced and growing industry
Technical recruitment experience would be considered a bonus
Demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad range of positions, from software development to marketing to creative design
Proven ability to build and maintain trusting relationships with hiring managers, subject matter experts, and candidates
Excellent project management , writing, and oral communication skills
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
Strong initiative and solid decision-making skills
High degree of adaptability and flexibility to change
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of applications and Internet savvy
Candidates must be bilingual (English and Spanish)
Degree/Diploma in Human Resources or related discipline
Experienced with Spanish Labour and Contract Law
