We are looking for a dedicated, energetic Senior Quality Analyst to help the software development team achieve quality and performance goals. We're looking for individuals with proven QA skills and experience, who understand the software development lifecycle. The successful candidates will have a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, keep up with fast-paced schedules, and learn new technologies quickly and effectively. The Senior Quality Analyst is responsible for evaluating and reporting on the quality of software products. This includes the planning and estimating of overall test strategy, submitting bugs, developing test plans, designing and running tests, progress reporting and reporting on product quality. You will be working closely with Team Leads and Developers to make sure everything is executed as effectively and efficiently as possible. What You ll Be Doing Plan, estimate, and review test strategy on a project basis Review requirements and designs Develop and execute comprehensive test cases Report on test lifecycle progress Champion process improvement Develop comprehensive test plans that explain the test strategy for a project Log finely crafted bug reports that hum with graceful attention to detail Alert team to emerging issues and concerns The Ideal Candidate Bachelors degree in either Computer Science or related Engineering discipline 2-3 years experience in software QA 2+ years ocean based human vs. shark combat training (preference given to Mako sharks) Ability to work within, teach, and improve multiple software development lifecycle processes Spectacular communication and interpersonal skills
