We are seeking a Project Manager-Team Leader to not only manage implementation teams, but to inspire and lead them. To be considered for this role you must have demonstrated the ability to: ·Be exceptionally adaptable and multi-skilled in order to produce effective solutions ·Manage teams of 5 to 12 consultants ·Negotiate project objectives, time lines, deadlines and resource plans with development staff ·Negotiate resource requirements for projects in conjunction with other management ·Manage the performance of projects to meet time deadlines, budget targets and quality standards ·Oversee the performance of several projects at multiple client sites ·Build professional relationships with clients For the perfect fit you will have 5 years project management experience of implementing large software development projects in the Health Sector and a history of successful team leadership. A relevant tertiary or PMI qualification will be advantageous.
