Business Analyst- Auckland CBD Our client is a global medical software company with their head office based in the CBD, Auckland. New Zealand. They are a market leader in Practice Management Systems for GP Practices and software for Primary Health Organisations. We are looking for an efficient and thorough Business Analyst who's key responsibilities will be to: ·Gather, assess, analyse and document the requirements of users and the business, translating them into an end-to-end business system through functional specifications. ·Coordinate the production of technical and non-technical documentation generated throughout the life of a project, such as business requirements, design, testing, release and training documents. ·Work with the team to schedule and monitor testing, to certify that a product meets requirements ·Work with Business Partners to source, present and maintain third party expert content, for the benefit of end users. ·Carry out and facilitate requirement gathering and analysis. ·User interface layer specifications. ·Produce and maintain specifications. ·Establish and produce acceptance criteria. ·Prepare business case/feasibility study reports. ·Act as an effective interface between the software development team and the business stakeholders. ·Ensure consistency and integrity of specifications. ·Prepare Impact Analyses of Change Requests (defects and non-defects) to quantify impact and dependency on activities and resources (both internal and external departments). ·Control versions for use by the teams. ·Provide input to Acceptance Test Case development. ·Input and review Test Material (System, Integration and Acceptance Testing). ·Implement Product Objectives and future directions in respect of strategy and architecture. ·Ensure sign off of specifications. ·Represent software development teams and actively participate and contribute to Release Scoping.
