Technical Business Analyst This is a unique opportunity to work with the leading NZ provider of multi channel marketing software and solutions. Our client provides marketing managers and agencies with professional services combined with smart technology to deliver some of New Zealand's most innovative and successful customer engagement programs. Key Responsibilities ·Provide pre-sales consultancy to Account Service team on non-standard projects ·Work closely with external clients and internal project teams to analyse, define and document marketing automation solutions for our clients utilising the suite of products (provided as an ASP service) ·Document user requirements, functional specifications, business process flows, end-user 'how to' documentation and some technical specifications for both non-technical and technical audience ·Work with internal product development team to determine feasibility and requirements for any bespoke project requirements or new product enhancements ·Liaise with the client, account director and internal project team throughout the project lifecycle (project implementation typically ranges from two weeks to three month duration) This role would suit you if you have a passion for new technology and enjoy the variety and pace of smaller projects and like working in an open-plan, collaborative team environment. Skills & Experience Required ·Minimum 3 years experience as a business analyst (or similar role) in professional web or software services environment solving business or marketing problems for clients. ·Proven ability to research, consult, write and edit functional specifications, technical specifications and related documents, and communicate information effectively to both clients and developers. ·Database design experience ·Strong practical understanding of technology and its applications ·Strong understanding of web and interactive marketing projects ·Proficient user of Visio, Word and Excel ·Relevant tertiary qualification for Overseas Enquiries and Non NZ Residents: Whilst we welcome international enquiries, only applicants that are legally entitled to work in New Zealand and can make themselves available for interviews in New Zealand will be considered for advertised positions.
