Required Experience & Skills
Team-oriented personality
A personal commitment to quality
Two years or more commercial Java
Web-based development (JSPs and servlets)
J2EE or Web server experience

Desirable experience
EJB experience
RUP or any other agile methodology
MQ or other messaging system
Business rules
