Our client designs, develops and manufactures (from Auckland) high performance crystal oscillators to the world and is ready for huge growth.
We are looking for a doer, to join our information systems team and assist with user inquiries.
Our client is implementing SAP and have well over 200 users. This role is to assist these users with all inquiries surrounding the system by investigating and improving our client's business systems.
Duties:
Assist all business systems users
Process and improvement analysis
Evaluate and recommend improvements
Training of users
Develop documentation
The right person will be a hands on public face of the team in solving all user issues and getting involved in projects. We see this role as a technical role but with a very strong business focus. You will deal with all issues and then work through to solve them. All activities should be involving the improvement of our client's system.
We need the following:
Experience in business systems analysis ideal
Qualification in computer science
Effective documentation and communication skills
Experience with SAP a great advantage.
