Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Liaise with business users to understand and document their requirements. Perform data profiling, data validation and QA of data warehouse information using Microstrategy Tool and Excel Spreadsheets. Analysis of Data and interfacing with India offshore team to ensure delivery. Plan, estimate and prioritise personal work schedules whilst working under pressure within aggressive delivery timescales. Communicate effectively with both senior management and technical specialists. Education and Experience Degree in a Business or IT related subject. 2+ years experience in a Business Analyst role, preferable within a datawarehouse or CRM environment. Strong Working Knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Structured methods experience/qualification (SSADM, ITIL etc.) advantageous. Skills/Qualities Proven analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to build a framework for Quality Assurance and build Test Cases. Preferred OLAP tool experience with one of following (MicroStrategy, BusinessObjects,Cognos). Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Excel Skills, especially usage of Pivot Tables and Functions Excellent written and spoken English.
