Essential Duties and Responsibilities Monitoring and maintaining critical systems First and second tier resolution of production issues and alerts Understanding of all components of the infrastructure in order to analyse impact of alarms and other system messages Work with various teams to diagnose complex problems and drive resolution Complete tasks required to maintain service levels and availability of all site features and functions Providing on-call support Education and Experience Degree in computer science or computer engineering (or a related technical discipline) Two to four years software development or support experience Skills/Qualities Extensive working exposure to Oracle 9i, PL/SQL Proficiency in writing stored procedures, functions and packages Data mining using SQL Exposure to SQL tuning preferred Proficiency/experience in working on Unix/Linux Excellent analytical skills To Apply :You must have the legal right to work in Gibraltar Relocation assistance is not available.
