Description
We require a Professional Services Manager based in Auckland to manage our growing Asia Pacific PSG team of experienced Project Managers, Clinical Consultants, Implementers, Solution Architects and Business Analysts. This role would require you to directly manage and guide multiple project teams of 5-12 consultants guaranteeing consistency across projects while also engaging the clients and stakeholders around subjects such as project status, scope and issues. To perform in this role you have experience in: Project management experience as a consultant (5+ years) Application of structured implementation methodology Working with health clients Managing large scale systems implementations Estimating and managing budgets for multiple projects Client and team leadership skills Excellent communication skills Ability to juggle multiple projects and tasks You will also have the capacity to: Understand the capabilities of relevant technologies & products Managing overall project revenue and financials (actual vs. budget) Support Sales and Marketing initiatives including the expansion of existing projects and the proposal and sale of new projects Mentor Project Managers, Tech Leads and Business Analysts on team leadership, client relationship management, client presentations, proposal writing, implementation methodology and management skills To discuss this exciting opportunity further please give Jan Hogg a call to have a friendly confidential chat on (09) 630-8811 or email your CV to jan@ritefit.co.nz
