Description
Within this role you must provide a first-line of communication for internal and external customers of the service desk. You will also have to log, track and manage support requests and incidents ensuring a positive customer outcome and resolution within their Service Level Agreement (SLA). The ideal candidate for this position will need to be performance driven of an outgoing confident nature. Your outstanding interpersonal and relationship building skills are of the utmost importance, but also important is the willingness to work in a rapidly changing, diverse and sometimes time critical situation maintaining ownership and accountability of a range of support requests. For the right candidate who is well matched to our clients needs and skill set requirements, a great remuneration package is awaiting you. Our client requires the following skill sets. An A+ command of the English language. This has to be both written and oral. Great problem solving skills. A minimum of at least 6 months Call Center or ideally IT service desk experience. An ITIL qualification is advantageous Tertiary qualifications will also be desirable. Heat call logging system or similar, experience is required Active Directory understanding is essential Fully working understandable practice in Microsoft Product Suite.
