Management Position - Wine Country Due to an internal promotion our client is seeking a person for the position of Branch Manager - In the sunny Hawkes Bay. The role of manager will reflect the need for the successful candidate to encompass an increased emphasis on customer relations, administration, staff management and occupational safety & health, while overseeing production to ensure that it is carried out in an efficient manner. This role has a strong emphasis on sales in a market that has potential to grow. The branch manager is responsible for the following: The day to day running of the plant and fleet. Quality control of all concrete supplied by Allied, testing of concrete, slumps, aggregates etc. Maintaining a regular relationship with all clients. Promoting the company to prospective customers, at all times looking ahead for opportunities that may be relevant to the company in this area. The successful applicant must be capable of responding to a wide range of demands in a challenging market environment.
